Why don't we set up a "cryo" slack channel? FYI: I have a circuit intended for 4 K that I have been simulating at 300 K, but I would prefer to use the correct models. If I understand correctly, somebody needs to run a program on the data to create the BSIM parameters. Thread in Slack Conversation
