Hello all, it's very long time since i updated the tools and pdks (even before volare), bur <@U01EK2VDMDG> adviced us to have a local installation instead of using a docker 
Where can I start from? Are there any guidelines or tutorials like the video <@U01819B63HP> made long ago for the analog tool installation?

I'm a bit stuck because it doesn't mention the tool installation nor what to do with pre-installed PDKs in the old way. What's your advice, to remove my previous PDK installation? And what about the tools? I remember the previous flow required to install them in some order, is it still the case?

The tools installation was not covered in this video series. We covered usage. Only PDK installation. We use Volare for PDK installation.

<@U01EK2VDMDG> <@U0436NENZD0> are there any updated resources (videos or tutorials) on how to install/update the tools? Sorry for insisting on this, but my toolchain is currently outdated but running, and I don't want to break anything

If your tools are working well, then keep them as they are unless something wrong happen. But if you want to update the tools anyway, git pull from the latest repo and re-compile everything should work.
