Hi, I tried to extract resistance with conmmand

extresist

and I got some errors. I use this command in hierarchy layout design. When I use this command in other layout file, this error doesn't occur. Is there someone who knows why errors occured?

@Minsang Yu I believe only flattened layouts are extracted correctly with parasitic resistance. There have been several discussions about parasitic resistance on this channel. If you are still stuck after a search, let us know.
