Hi. I got the PDK working with xschem, ngspice and klayout. It was an arduous task. I am finding the documentation to be sparse, though I know it is a work in progress. I have a few fundamental questions. I am performing a reliability study on a BiCMOS emitter follower circuit, a very simple circuit. I was wondering if anyone could advise what the V_CE breakdown voltage is of the 10umx10um emitter area VNPN BJT. I apologize for the novice question in advance. Is it this? VPNP BVCEO (3.3V LV) W/L= 0.42/10 (Emitter Size) – -15 -10V
