Although most of the standard cells have been designed so that there won’t be any drc errors when the cells are placed, there have been a few cases where actual drc errors have occurred. In the past, @Tim Edwards has modified the cells from the original pdk during the open pdk build. Can you log an issue on the skywater pdk repo?

FYI, at this point everyone should be using the sky130 standard cell repos from github/efabless. All issues should be posted there. We just enabled the issue trackers there a week or so ago.
