How can I create a new layout ? There is no option for new layout.

There is the following step:

I want to know if this google drive _.gzip_ package are updated and we still should use it or the volare  should be OK. The modification  is very important to the klayout functionality for GF180.

Klayout binding of the GF180 PDK, should also be included in the Volare package

We can discuss in the next review meeting. There are too many issues to list honestly.
