When I import spice in magic it gives me message cannot read nfet_03v3,pvet03v3 (gf180) anybody know how to resolve

You might need a very recent version of open_pdks because there were naming issues on low-level devices in the GF180MCU PDK that have only been worked through recently. I don't recall that there was any issue with transistors, but that work was merged in open_pdks version 1.0.425 (July 12). So if you test with that version or newer and still get the same issue, then post an example.
