and

sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d10v5

the 01v8 is a low voltage 1.8V MOS, the g5v0d10v5 is a high voltage (thick oxide) MOS allowing 5V on gate and max 10.5V on drain.

yes, the typical high/on voltage is 1.8V and range is 0 - 1.95V https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/device-details.html
