Hello, does anyone know of open source tools to design coils with sky130A?

There was a field solver program developed at MIT about 30 years ago that calculated the inductance of a 3-d geometry. The program is called "Fasthenry". There is a newer version of the program called "Fasthenry2". The following link is to the fastfieldsolvers.com web page where you can download "Fasthenry2". It is an open source program and is free to use. Here is the link

But I can design and used sky130A there?

Hello @Juan Andres, @Max Vega managed to generate some using ASITIC for our Chipathon project last year, although they are nor modelled nor the RF parameters extracted, just a rough estimation of the expected inductance

Hello Juan, the information for the sky130A process that FastHenry2 needs is the metal thickness of each metal layer used, the oxide thickness between the metal layers, and the dielectric constant of the oxides used. Review the documentation and design examples from Fast Field Solvers on how to use FastHenry2.
