in an xschem-ngspice simulation environment to simulate that with my IP?

The spice model offered on the Renesas web site is encrypted for Orcad/PSPICE and thus cannot be simulated in an XSCHEM/ngspice environment.

You will have to approach Renesas and ask for an un-encrypted spice model.
