Hi, Does anyone know why when using the sky130A_pd_rf_test_coil, and using the spice extract commands, it doesn't extract the coil?

Generally, inductors are just loops of metal and magic does not extract them as devices. If you create a cell that contains 1 inductor, add the necessary pins, a metal short resistor, and set the property

to true, it will extract as an X-device which you can treat as an inductor.
