Use the backannotate symbol and then after simulating, place the cursor on the backannotate symbol and type the sequence Ctrl + left mouse button.

In the comment above I posted two templates, one for gf180 and the other for sky130, that use the backannotate symbol. Maybe it could help you. Also, you can find it in the device library as "launcher".
