anyone can answer me please , how much xschem, pdk skywater and magic take as storage space ? (approximately)

magic and xschem, essentially none; they are both very lightweight apps. The skywater PDK is the big one, mostly because of liberty format files in the standard cell libraries. My installed PDK is about 13GB.
