hello all, i have a question regarding this simple rectifier circuit with 50ohm resistor connected in series representing the receiver antenna. this rectifier will be used to receive power from a transmitter that transmits power through a 50ohm antenna. i'm very confused about mapping the received power to this circuit. like for example, when i try to calculate the input power when the signal's peak voltage is 1V by this formula: RMS[Iin*Vin] (by running transient analysis), i get an input power of 0.4mW but at the same time, the input signal's peak voltage is 1V then if we calculate the input power referenced to the 50ohm antenna, then Pin will be 10mW. so which terminolgy is correct to map the received power to this circuit because i'm very confused?
