Good evening everyone. I am currently working on an academic project, containing analog layout using the sky130 pdk. Unfortunately, i am having a hard time finding resources for dome specific problems i encountered, and i would like to ask you for some help in finding those resources. First of all, i am trying to find information on when my design has to be submitted to have a chance to be featured on the next shuttle; additionally, i am having a hard in time taking the last steps from a finished gdsII-layout to the “upload-able package”. I would appreciate if anyone could point me to some resources on those topics, or share some experiences.

Thank you! I will take a closer look into that.
The trouble i had, is that i am not “using” the caravel harness; i designed my own pads in the user space, i dont need I/O or power management. my design is supposed to be completely independent from the harness. I have so far not found any projects that are similar.

Thank you very much. I will take a look into it!

Isn't it a requirement with many/all of the submission paths to use the caravel harness ? So this maybe why you can not find many projects that are similarly independent (without harness) as they are probably not 100% open-source projects and due to this using a commercial path to fabricate.

Yes just wanted to say, there is no alternative to Caravel harness for submitting designs
you have to use it, but maybe you can connect your pads to the existing pads
And there is still no announcement of when we can expect the next free lottery shuttle.
