Is it normal that it might take too long !?

Some designs take time. Have you benchmarked against the default design?

I've heard a suggestion that options can be added to skip antenna checks, and the time to process might be reduced significantly by not checking power supplies, which means another new option to specify nets to ignore when running antenna area checks.

How could I skip it?
