07/26/2022, 5:05 PMThere are no existing inductors in the PDK that are modeled. There are some inductors that had GDS layouts but they correspond to an earlier version (variant) of the s8 process and the models don't correspond to sky130. A tool like FastHenry might give a decently accurate answer for the inductance of a specific layout. Some inductor designs were included on MPW-one but I don't know the status of measurements (Amro Tork did those, I think?).

07/26/2022, 7:53 PMActive inductors are essentially transistors and capacitors if I understand what you mean by active inductors correctly. But no we didn't include active inductors. We only focused on passives as they have better noise performance over all.
