@jeffdi @Tim Edwards is there any way to make sure that the design fabricated in mpw-2 shuttle is the correct design which i had submitted. As i have a doubt that may be my design files got change due to the update in my github repository which was used in MPW-4 shuttle program.

The final layout (the one that was sent to the foundry) is kept in a repository on googlesource. The name corresponds to the slot on the reticle given to your project. The naming convention is, e.g., https://foss-eda-tools.googlesource.com/third_party/shuttle/sky130/mpw-002/slot-006 for slot 6.
