Do you understand that the "DRC Complete" only selects the style, so that you need to select "DRC Complete" followed by "DRC update" to run DRC from the beginning? When you do that it shows DRC errors in the inner guard ring, which is an illegal deep nwell structure.

Thanks. I got it. @Tim Edwards I found another DRC when doing "DCRs compete" which is "MV diffusion to LV nwell spacing < 0.825um (hvi.5 + nsd/psd.5)" This error lies in the sky130_fd_sc_hvl__lsbufhv2lv_1_0 of the compactor cell shown. we can waive it!

Yes, I've never understood how SkyWater could have so many standard cells that violate their design rules. The Calibre decks might be making exceptions for specific cells.
