@Tim Edwards @Stefan Schippers We are trying to include diodes for ESD protection in our layout, but are encountering errors when trying to extract our design. The highlighted box in the second image indicates the region where one of the "missing terminal connection of device" errors is occurring, and the third and fourth images show how we are connecting to the diodes. Based on our understanding of pdiodes, the center box is the anode, the middle ring is the cathode and the outer ring is the guard ring to ground. To connect to the anode, we made connections to the metal1 in the center box. Are we missing something with how everything is connected? We don't really understand what these errors mean.
