Hi Junbeom, I have the same problem. I could not observe the mosfet parameters Vth, Gm, etc. In sky130 it is ok if you type @m.x1.m0[id] to observe the plot of the id current for the mosfet. However in gf180 i tried this command but i could not get the current. Thus, I worked with the ammeter element. Follows the Id vs Vgs and Id vs Vds plots. Hope it could help you.
