Please let me know if this is indeed the issue or not also tell what commands can be used for adding extra mag and maglef files in a design

For memories, just point LEF/GDS enough. Sharing repo link or configuration json will help to debug more

I dont have the repo on github yet but json is as follows.

Remove following from json file and try
