How many cycles can a SKY130 ReRAM cell survive? Just curious about the feasability of implementing the HH model using the memristor analogy.

A skywater blog post describing the IP for ReRAM (from Weebit) stated high write cycle endurance, up to 100K cycles. I don’t have the link handy at the moment, but can probably Google for it.

https://www.skywatertechnology.com/weebit-nano-reram-ip-now-available-in-skywater-technologys-s130-process/ yeah 100k reported. But I think people typically report the endurance that 99% of devices will have all cells still working. So if you only need 95% confidence that at least 95% of cells that work, maybe you can go to a million cycles. Idk the reram failure patterns but have read some with flash.
