Hi everyone, I am running innovus for Sky130 pdk using a riscv processor and openram generated sram memory. We are facing the following issue. Attached are both sky130_tech.lef files and sram_tech.lef files. Can someone help us out ?

It appears that Innovus is specifically referring to the file

sram_1rw1r_32_256_8_sky130.lef

. I can't see a line number referenced in your screenshot, so I don't know what it's complaining about. But I do know that that particular SRAM macro is outdated and shouldn't be used; it is included in the SRAM macro library because it appeared in the Caravel version used for MPW-1. You should instead be using its replacement,

sky130_sram_1kbyte_1rw1r_32x256_8.lef

.

Thanks for the reply. I actually did not used the original Openram because it was not working. I will try to set it up again.

I am not able to setup the openram.. if somebody has already the full sram macro folder for sky130_sram_4Kbyte_1rw_32x1024_32.lef ..please share it here... so that we can progess .. Just make sure the numbers as mentioned in the config file are same. It will be really helpful.
