Hi, could anyone tell me the square dimenstion for the definition of the sheet resistance in the sky130 specifications. Is it 10um x 10um? And do you know if it's the same for GF180?

@Frank sheet resistance is measured in Ω/squares. A 1um x 1um square has the same resistance as a 10um x 10um square, etc. R = L / W x sheet resistance.
