I think that was the comparator of the BG which is one of the xschem examples.

Yes @Tim Edwards it is here, it is also in the open_pdks xschem installation example files. https://github.com/StefanSchippers/xschem_sky130/blob/main/sky130_tests/tb_bandgap_opamp.sch you can remotely open the schematic with xschem https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StefanSchippers/xschem_sky130/main/sky130_tests/tb_bandgap_opamp.sch assuming you start xschem from a directory configured with the sky130 xschemrc. For netlisting copy the files locally.
