Hi everyone. I am interested how are you doing your top mixed signal simulations. What tools are you using? I only came across by ADMS which is obsolete.

With sky130 I use OpenLane and spi2xspice (qflow) for a Verilog-RTL to XSPICE conversion, to get a lightweight digital model. Then the top-level is simulated using ngspice. To do a post-layout analog simulation with parasitics: magic and Xyce
