Hi everyone!
Does someone know where can I find the electrical properties for the following materials used in Sky130?
• nwell
• pwell
• nsubstratediffusion /nsubstratediffusioncont
• psubstratediffusion /psubstratediffusioncont
• ndiode /ndiodec
• pdiode /pdiodec

Those are layers in magic. . . Magic uses many more "derived" layers, especially for identifying devices (thus "ndiode" and "pdiode", which otherwise are just diffusion with a diode identifying marker layer on top).
"nwell" is just nwell, and properties can be found in the documentation (e.g., resistance 950 ohms/square).
"pwell" is the substrate, unless it's inside a deep nwell structure, in which case it's an isolated p-region.
"nsubstratendiffusion" = TAP + NSDM
"psubstratepdiffusion" = TAP + PSDM
