Hello everyone. I was looking at the README file for the xschem symbols and found that there is a diode.sym and a lvsdiode.sym, where the last one is used for LVS matching. Does anyone know how can i use a diode for matching a LVS?

I created the 2 diode flavors as they are documented here. Not much is said about what lvsdiode is used for.

diode.sym

and

lvsdiode.sym

are essentially representing a generic diode. The

model

parameter qualifies it.
