Hi, all. I have created all 47 devices for Xschem in the priority-0 group. All devices have been tested with a very basic testbench to verify functionality. All of this is in the

xschem

branch on gitlab

gf-180mcu-working

Some minor changes to the spice model file

sm141064.spice

done in

.../gf-180mcu-working/ngspice/models

Some more testing needed of course.
