Slot-016 and slot-031 of mpw4, have 2 dual port sram modules with the inputs to the second port

addr1[8:0], clk1, csb1

of each module unconnected. Probably not a fatal error. @jeffdi I couldn't tell from the repo who was in charge of these projects. Is there some way that the shuttle number or maybe chip id is linked to the project number? (edit: add slot-031).
