@User@User we didn’t see any drc from local check (both magic and Klayout) but got errors marking in the rram (Via1_width) from efabless precheck? It says the via1_width error but it’s from the rram cell and the via1 width is 0.15x0.15 Not quite sure why and how to fix it? Can you help with this?
