The available reram device model at https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk-libs-sky130_fd_pr_reram, is of very little use, it doesn't capture the variability information. It is a very basic model, don't know why skywater-pdk has adopted it. Just look at the IV curve for 1T1R configuration. When we add the analog statistical random functions in the model file, Xyce/ADMS doesn't accept to compile the code.
