Then I see metal1 and metal2 at 375um, metal3 and metal4 at 859um. Local interconnect is the thin line at the top (only 0.1um; won't see any thickness to it in the photo). So metal5 is somehow buried in the mess at the bottom. . . ? I can't make out anything there in the photo.
