********************************************* <!channel> MPW-5 Project Selection Confirmed Hello everyone, Final project selection for MPW-5 is confirmed. If your project has been selected for MPW-5, you will have received a notification from the Efabless platform indicating Provider Confirmed status for the Tapeout stage for your project. There were 58 projects that competed tapeout for MPW-5. Of those, 53 had complete project submissions that made them eligible for the MPW-5 shuttle. These projects received a Provider Confirmed notification for the submission stage. The final selection was done by a lottery process per direction by Google. If you did not receive a Provider Confirmed status notification for your project, you are eligible for submission to MPW-6 which will be opening in the coming week. Criteria for selection is continuing to be evaluated by Google and one of the factors will likely include the time of your project submission. Thanks to everyone who submitted MPW-6 and projects for MPW-5. We continue to encourage you to submit and resubmit projects for upcoming shuttles. If there is sufficient number of projects over the capacity, Google will be considering adding additional mask sets to support more projects.
