@User it is strange there seem not be any .temp=... or .option temp=..., however you can set an 'outer temperature loop' around any analysis (.dc, .tran etc) by using: .STEP TEMP LIST 10.0 15.0 18.0 27.0 33.0 My guess is that by giving only one temp point you simulate at that temperature.
