Trying to design some custom standard cells on the Skywater 130nm PDK for FPGA area optimization. The most recent pdk we have found access too is the s8 library (Device library is s8phirs_10r). Is there a more recent device library associated with a newer version of this pdk? We ran the makefile cloned via github however we only obtained some gds/lef/verilog files, no .oa files, no technology files or layer maps. Could anyone verify this or provide more information on whether or not this is the most recent pdk version? We are trying to ensure we have the most recent libraries for use in tape out.
