@User @User i have made the set of mos transistors more consistent, without deviating more than needed from the symbol snapshots shown in the skywater-pdk docs: • The inversion bubbles on p-channel devices make them way more recognizable in full views of large schematics. My personal preference is to keep them. • Pin positions are identical for all mos flavors and drain-source distance is now the same as all other active devices (pnp, npn) and 2 terminal devices (resistors, caps, diodes, spice components etc). Warning: circuits with previous (pre-alpha) version of these symbols mus be edited to reconnect drain and source. Since the new symbols are smaller this is quite easy to accomplish. I do not expect any further geometric change in pin positioning. As always any comments, suggestions and feedback are welcome.
