added a git repo for xschem standard cells specifically mapped to the

sky130_fd_sc_hd

'high density' gate library. For now all the

*_1

sized gates are present, will clone asap all the bigger sized cells (

*_2, *_4, ..

). These gates map correctly (port order, subcircuit name, power pins) with the .spice definitions available in the skywater-pdk standard cell libs.
