@User There are some scattered _0 cells in HD, e.g. http://diychip.org/sky130/sky130_fd_sc_hd/cells/einvn/. Also watch for __0 and __m cells in the LP library. I assume the “m” is for “matched” as they size the n and p trans. the same in those cells.
