@User @User I reorganized my table so that it betters shows that most of the libraries use the 01v8_hvt for the p-fets http://diychip.org/sky130/. That’s why folk may want to look closely at the ms or hs libraries. The OSU cells are better balanced. It also speaks to running close to 1.8v. On the other hand sky130 is a great process to experiment with very lower power designs with options for low leakage for static and low dynamic power consumption.
