this is more of an ngspice issue I think but I'm trying to generate nmos characteristic curves...I keep getting "Warning: include: has no value, DC 0 assumed" on a dc analysis. Not sure where it's coming from. 2 voltage sources ("DC 0.9 AC 0") connected to gate and drain, source and body shorted to ground.
