@User I have tried make a netlist with device parameters composed of numbers not equations. I have tried to calculate the result of equations for ad, as, ps, pd by tcleval function and then get a netlist with ad, as, ps, pd in numbers, in vain. Is there any method I have missed? The reason for trying this is because this format is better for simulator compatibility.
