@User It is not well documented but xschem also has the ability for hilights to pass through combinatorial gates (buffers, logic gates) if these are configured to do so. In latest xschem_sky130 repository i have added the attributes on input pins of combinatorial gates to propagate the highlight inputs to the output. The result is that if you click a net with 'Ctrl-Shift-k' you see the whole combinatorial path highlighted: In this picture (LACG.sch schematic, included in the repo, design by @User) i clicked the grey net and pressed ctrl-shift-k. I have done this insane thing also on the whole clock tree of your hash macro and it highlighted all 2000+ buffers...
