@User: So far the installation looks reasonably good. I have been making projects by creating a directory and then creating an "xschemrc" symbolic link back to the xschemrc file in the installation. This is similar to what I have been doing with the .magicrc file for magic. The major hitch that I have right now that needs to be debugged is that when I click on "Netlist", I don't get any output. I have not debugged that yet.
