@User plotting into gaw works if you pick the named nets at the top-most hierarchy level. If you click on a named net that is a port in a lower level schematic you need to go one (or more) levels up and click that net from there. If it is not a hierarchy issue ensure the requested node is present in the .raw file. If not try adding a

.save all

in the simulator commands.
