@User: I fixed the segfault (committed the fix back to the master branch on the opencircuitdesign.com repository). It was a simple bug, unrelated to all the "Ignoring line starting with token ..." messages. I'm doubtful that netgen is correctly parsing the files with the models, but I'm not sure it matters. If it seems to be an issue, I'll look into it further.
