the model is looked up using W/nf as the 'single finger' mos width. multi is not used to search for the models, it is used in simulation to multiply all current values by the multi value, thus simulating parallel devices (but without instantiating multiple devics in the netlist, this is more efficient when many identical devices are in parallel).
