My first attempt was to have a stub xschemrc file which is distributed with the project that adds some libraries and calls the sky130 xschemrc file (which should be at a fixed location relative to the home directory). But something with that was messing up how the libraries was loaded in the sky130 xschemrc file. I think part of that is related to relative paths in the sky130 xschemrc file but I did not debug that fully
