@User by 'mismatch simulation' you mean a multi-run simulation where each device in the netlist receives some randomly varying parameters (may be Threshold, mobility, Tox for MOS devs)? And by MC simulation you mean a multi-run simulation where in each run all devices get parameters from varying process, but no mismatch, right?
